Studies on the neurosciences and the cognitive sciences have shown the existing interconnections between visual perception and cognition in the knowledge/interaction with the world. It is recognised in particular how the perception of the information in the multimedia format can improve the teaching-learning processes. With reference to the neuro-cognitive and cognitive aspects, I will focus my attention on visual learning, with particular regard to the use of augmented reality technologies. The present contribution aims specifically to identify the elements of tangency between visual educational perspectives and the construction/use of augmented digital environments.Downloads
